A lot of products claimed as anti aging agents circulate widely in the market. Be careful, because not all of them are really functioning as anti aging drugs. There are two matters recommended to create a qualified golden period (old period). First is lessen the calorie intake 20-30% and second is doing regular sport adequately.

On the contrary antioxidants will boost up, so it will be equal. You may consume antioxidants or multivitamins often offered widely, but the most important thing is to improve the amount of antioxidants in ourselves.
