1. Choose processed food - use pasteurized cheese or milk - wash raw vegetable as well as possible with the clean water - avoid eating expired food.
2. Cook well- all meat and bones have to be cooked better – frozen food have to be liquefied first - don't eat soft-boiled egg.
3. Eat the food immediately after being cooked because bacteria may grow in food during several hours.
4. Keep cooked food carefully; refrigerate below 10 degree Celsius. Do not keep or refrigerate children’s food.
5. Reheat cooked food finely: all food parts have to be reheated till boiling.
6. Keep the raw meat away from cooked food - wash the knife and cutting board before cutting other objects – make sure blood or raw flesh liquid do not drip to food.
7. Clean the hands repeatedly - wash the hands with soap before providing food - clean the hands hereafter cut the meat – wash hands after touching the floor, face, hair, or when go out from kitchen - clean the hands after get out from bathroom - don't cook when experiencing diarrhea.
8. Kitchen surface should often be cleaned - all dropped food may cause germ multiplication - napkin that is used to dry the dishes have to be often cleaned and dried every day - don't use the cloth that is use to clean the dishes and saucers to mop the floor, wash basin, or toilet.
